A bold not-for-profit development with unique social impact
EdCity brings mission-aligned organisations together to focus on improving the lives of children, especially through education.
The ten-story office block offers generous, contemporary spaces including commercial office floors to rent, well-equipped meeting rooms and spaces for in person and hybrid events, and subsidised fitted private offices and co-working space for members of our EdCity Community.
Uniquely, future rental income generated by commercial occupiers will help fund Ark’s charitable work to ensure that all children, regardless of their background, have access to a great education and real choices in life.

West London regeneration and place-making
EdCity is a non-profit partnership between Ark and Hammersmith & Fulham Council, which brings the benefits of wider investment in the borough to the White City community. The area has seen rapid regeneration in recent years, becoming a thriving hub for new biotech, digital and creative businesses.
Designed to be a gateway that connects local residents to opportunities created by the economic growth nearby, the EdCity campus offers learning, skills development and work, as well as homes for local people in an historically underserved part of London.

EdCity campus
The wider EdCity campus includes:
Harmony Nursery, Ark White City Primary Academy, WEST Youth Zone, an adult education hub, a ten storey office block, 132 affordable homes and public space.
“EdCity isn’t just a workplace, it’s a space built for community, purpose and long-term impact … a development that’s reshaping how people work, learn and connect.”
