Back to the future:​ Daisy Christodoulou’s latest take on AI​

This event was a live recording of the EdTechnical podcast, hosted by Libby Hills and Dr Owen Henkel. Libby and Owen interviewed the first guest they ever featured on their podcast two years ago, Daisy Christodoulou MBE Director of Education at No More Marking.

The discussion looked at the advances there have been in AI in the last two years. Daisy explains the different strengths of humans or AI when marking students work, noting the kinds of errors only AI can make, and the fact new kinds of systems might be needed to catch those errors. It broadened out to consider some of the challenges with assessment as a whole and ended with predictions for the next two years of AI in education.
