Life friendly leadership training

EdCity invites you to join in person or remotely on 28 January for a series of events focused on recruitment and retention of our education workforce.

Join Emma Sheppard, founder of the Maternity Paternity Teacher Project for the first session of her training course for school, MAT and system leaders. Aiming to build understanding of the impact of the motherhood penalty on our workforce, this session offers you practical solutions to improve staff wellbeing, build more sustainable working practices and make your school a more attractive place to work. This event is a hybrid event and will be held at EdCity and online.

Feel free to base yourself at EdCity and attend as many sessions as you like – or join some of our hybrid events online. If you’re attending in person, you’ll have access to EdCity’s co‑working space to use between sessions for meetings, calls or focused work.
