Life friendly leadership training

EdCity held an in person or remotely on 28 January for a series of events focused on recruitment and retention of our education workforce.

Emma Sheppard, founder of the Maternity Paternity Teacher Project delivered the first session of her training course for school, MAT and system leaders. Aiming to build understanding of the impact of the motherhood penalty on our workforce, this session offers you practical solutions to improve staff wellbeing, build more sustainable working practices and make your school a more attractive place to work.

Guests were free to base themselves at EdCity and attend as many sessions as they desiired – or join some of our hybrid events online.
