Recruitment and retention challenges and opportunities

EdCity held an in person or remotely on 28 January for a series of events focused on recruitment and retention of our education workforce.

The first session of the day was a networking lunch tailored for HR professionals from trusts, featuring a thought-provoking session led by a variety of speakers.

Guests were free to base themselves at EdCity using our coworking spaces, and attend as many sessions as desired – or join some of our hybrid events online.
