What works: Staff engagement

EdCity held an in person or remote on 28 January for a series of events focused on recruitment and retention of our education workforce.

The Engagement Platform held a hands-on session that will look at real trust engagement data to find risks, spot trends, and set priorities. This session will explore why leadership support matters for keeping staff and improving trust performance, and show how good engagement data can guide people plans and actions that make a real difference.

Guests were free to base themselves at EdCity using our coworking spaces, and attend as many sessions as desired – or join some of our hybrid events online.
