What works: Staff engagement

EdCity invites you to join in person or remotely on 28 January for a series of events focused on recruitment and retention of our education workforce.

Join The Engagement Platform for a hands-on session that will look at real trust engagement data to find risks, spot trends, and set priorities. This session will explore why leadership support matters for keeping staff and improving trust performance, and show how good engagement data can guide people plans and actions that make a real difference. This event is a hybrid event and will be held at EdCity and online.

Feel free to base yourself at EdCity using our coworking spaces, and attend as many sessions as you like – or join some of our hybrid events online. If you’re attending in person, you’ll have access to EdCity’s co‑working space to use between sessions for meetings, calls or focused work.
